I just can’t be bothered with anything I’ve done quite well with the eating but fitness wise i’ve done noting was meant to go for a run nope didn’t happen slept in and now i’m heading to a pub for a pub crawl why do i feel so bad at this keeping fit thing!!
I have set 4 basic goals for this month well till the 3rd of september.
Where do i even start. I am loving it so far, I’ve watch pretty much all the sport so far with gymnastics and horse riding being my main attention so far. I love sport overall its something i have been extremely proud to be involved with and wanted a career in sport most my life.
Below is photo’s off the BBC website and the sport and people i have been following including Rowing which i never knew i really liked watching i had taken part in a couple of races when i was younger but was never a huge fan but watching it has totally changed my view on it.
I was extremely lucky to get tickets to go and see the Brazil vs New Zealand men’s football match at St James Park which is in the stadium in my city. It was the mot amazing atmosphere i have ever seen at a football match. Brazil won 3-0 but i think everyone knew that but the atmosphere again was amazing. Here are some photo both off my phone and the internet.
so i saw the football but my sister went one step further and went to London and saw the handball match against Team GB and France we lost but she said again the atmosphere was amazing with the audience and crowd getting involved cheering the team on. This as well was the first time Team GB had qualified to plat handball in the Olympic that was a massive achievement in itself. I have to admit the Olympics being in London and around the UK has been amazing so far the support the pupil have been giving the team is amazing. Thanks for read my post.
What events have people been watching and has some sport made you want to watch more?
I will explain more later when i’m at home and put some pictures up aswell. :) Exciting future.
1. When did you start running?
I started running about 2 months ago but i didn’t a lot but maybe 2 weeks before my holiday as i started using a 5K app to try and get some more motivation.
2. Why did you continue to run?
the main reason i tried to keep running was so that i could get fitter as when i was at school i was fit because i did netball and trampolining every day but since leaving school i have still stayed in the sport education but taking part hasn’t been a large part so i made a change for myself to get fit by going to the gym and attempting to run more often.
3. What ultimate running goal would you like to accomplish?
the goal i would like to do is maybe a marathon but that is a long way away for me so i came to the conclusion this year i would run two 5K next year and if i could i would attempt the great north run which is a half marathon but again that is a maybe as im not 100% sure i would ever be able to run that far.
4. Tell us about your first ever race or when you plan to start?
I haven’t done a race but i haven’t also planned a race as i’m not 100% sure if there are a lot of them in newcastle. i know that the the race for life is normally once a year but i’ve just missed that race so im not clear when or where my first race may be.
5. Whats your favorite distance to run or race and why?
Well this is a easy question to answer as i have only race 1 distance which is 2 miles. i know its not a lot but i’m working extremely hard i believe to try and get further. i try to run at least 2 miles without walking i’m a extremely happy girl but lately i started a training plan which you walk 1.5 minutes and run a minute for two minutes. I hope by the end of the summer i can run 3 miles without stopping.
I’m so excited but do i feel like i look beach body ready no but that is basically because i was 100% with everything i was doing. i do tho feel slightly more confident with my body and the way i look plus i believe i am becoming more healthier .
As i have moved house and not had time for the gym this week i thought i would make something new. So today it is chicken and tomatoes.
I’m going to put the recipe put with the photos of what it looks like and what i think about.
