New Beginnings I don&amp;#8217;t know if other people feel this way, i know i get it every year in August where i always feel so down about life. It basically because for 3 months at least i get my summer holiday people will be scream at there screen and be like WHAT ARE YOU CRYING ABOUT!! but for me it&amp;#8217;s horrible, i get bored of life doing the same stuff of working and not having a challenge. GOD HELP ME WHEN I FINISH MY DEGREE!. Anyways I&amp;#8217;m back at college doing my 3 year of degree. I&amp;#8217;ll talk about that more in a different post and about what i&amp;#8217;m doing this year but yes being back at college has given me the motivation to get back in the gym and getting my running shoes on, i know its going to be hard with coaching at the local sport ( again more about that in a different post), college and doing my disseration. Its going to be hard but i think if i plan it out i can get in a routine of doing stuff.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need my followers help, i know i&amp;#8217;ve not been here but hopefully your still out there to help me?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need organisation tips and tips on fitting in sessions around my work and college timetable?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I dont mind people putting things in my ask box or answering below but yes please will someone help me :D&lt;/p&gt;

DAY 17 - 18 - 19 - 20</title><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. How many miles a week are you usually running and what’s your normal pace? &lt;p&gt;I think i would run about 6 miles a week as i try to run 3 times a week with each run being just over 2 miles.i would like it to be around 3 miles on the 3 days but it might take another couple of weeks yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. What are your PRs? Time, distance?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve attempted to do a number of couch to 5k training programs and just never liked them until i got the app i have now which i seem to be getting along with and seem to be making some improvement unlike other apps. &lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p class="h-4 strong" id="zlrecipe-instructions"&gt;Instructions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol class="instructions" id="zlrecipe-instructions-list"&gt;&lt;li class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-0"&gt;Add the water and strawberries to the blender first.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-1"&gt;Then pour in the honey and lastly add the ice cubers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-2"&gt;Blend on low and gradually move to high until everything is a red fruity liquid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-3"&gt;Then blend on high for another 30 seconds to aerate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-4"&gt;Enjoy your non-dairy strawberry smoothie.&lt;/li&gt;
