Keeping Fit Is A Lifestyle
Hi my name is Melissa and I’m student from Newcastle trying to get fit. This blog will hold a bunch of my stuff like food recipes, my workouts, my placement diaries (I’m a sport coaching student) and there will be other things like exercises and motivational stuff. If you need any advice and I can answer it I would love to try.

This is my Sunday workout, this being the second ever gym session i had done with my boyfriend. My boyfriend hates the gym so doesn’t like to spend more then a hour in there unlike me who could spend between 1.30/2 hours in there. With the session only being a hour i thought i would do a target area session aiming at my abs as this is what i need to workout most on. As well as the abs session i focused on trying to get some more running done as i haven’t done a good run in a while. I’m still aiming for 2 miles with myself getting nearer to this every week. 

So what are other people’s idea for what i should do if i only have a 3/4 to a hour session in the gym?
